I wonder why no one cares about these teams except the old die hards like those of us on this board?

Arkansas as a state doesn't care about basketball - at least not until after the Super Bowl.

That is why I hate to see good coaches and good teams wasted on Oklahoma and Texas and anywhere in the SEC except for Kentucky, and possibly Missouri. I was really peaved to see Porter take the Oklahoma job, until I read someone explain it that he got the best of both worlds: tons of money, and a fan base that doesn't care, and so there is a minimal amount of pressure.
