Not watching games, but EMU losing because UCSD has 10 OR's to EMU's 2 OR's. EMU needs to rebound on the defensive glass, and shoot more three's. Got to play inside-out game.
Let's see if EMU can keep their fouling down in the second half.

When you're playing A 2-4 UC-San Diego who lost to Youngstown St by 19 points versus E Michigan who's 1-5, who lost to IPFW, and Winthrop, you can't expect much support! We're playing at home, so I sure hope we can beat them..........

Disagree. DI college basketball should ALWAYS outdraw low division high school basketball. It comes down to having pride in one's university.

Well we ended with around a 1,000 fans. Wouldn't have that many next game is my guess.

EMU fought back in the second half but came up short. Two point shooting was off all night.
At least, they improved in some areas. As EMU made more three's and shot a higher percentage on three's than UCSD did. EMU made more foul shots than UCSD did.
Acuff played a good game and shot his three's well.
Both Emoni and Noah should have shot more three's and not settle
for so many two-point jump shots.
Both need to shoot better at the foul-line.
Emoni did a great job rebounding. Needs to keep doing that. Has to cut his turnovers down. Made a critical one at the end of the game.
Geeter and Lovejoy continue to foul far more than they should. Heath needs to address that.

Dude, we are all well aware of how the games have gone so far this season but thanks for that timely reminder.
Bob, I thought this team had the potential to be great, but we're losing to teams that I can't believe! I really want to support Heath in every way, especially since we're all Hurons, but I'm shocked at this start! Nothing really matters until January 3rd though! Kent St lost to #2 Houston 49-44 yesterday!

That announced crowd seems accurate. Was at the game and there were easily 2,000. Which is not great, but not quite the completely empty arena we can sometimes get either.

I know, man. We are all frustrated. The start to the season is a total nightmare. I've never been so pissed because, yeah, this team should be winning. What really infuriates me is that some people (person) here--not you, seems to be taking delight in this horrendous stretch that we are in. I am going down with this ship because I believe we can turn this thing around. At this point though, I wouldn't blame anyone for bailing.
