The team looked good today. They have some good newcomers and the freshman center was terrific today. Evan Miller was always in the right spot and never ball watched-she had excellent instincts- very impressive-she has definitely put work in . Rebounding was good overall today and the defense was pretty solid. We got into sets and worked through the bigs a bunch.

Only downside was 3 point shooting and our freshman center hurt her knee. Hope she is okay! She’s going to be a big time player so that would be a terrible blow to the program if she is out.

I was pleasantly surprised today!
