In preparing for Fettermans upcoming disaster of a debate, democrats are now saying that even if Fetterman loses, he wins as long as he is somewhat coherent. (And yes, Fetterman will be fed answers thru his teleprompter that he is allowed to have, cause he's full blown short bus in a hoodie.)

During "Inside Politics with John King," CNN senior political reporter Nia-Malika Henderson said that Democrats were smart to "lower expectations" for Fetterman, asserting that just having him be "relatively coherent" would be enough to portray his debate performance as a success.

"Will Fetterman be nimble enough to go at [Oz] in a debate? Because that’s been a real question about whether his health issues make him unfit for office, right, that’s going to be part of the backdrop for this campaign," Henderson said. "They are smart to lower expectations and say he’s not a great debater and will probably lose. [b]Almost standing there and sounding relatively coherent will mean he’ll do well."

Hell of a candidate choice, idiots.

I don't believe for a second that Fetterman was any smarter before His stroke. He definitely doesn't look like a professional business person dressed like a street hood. And to be a successful Senator it has to look like You have some appearance to look the part even if you're faking it.

Mostly coherent debater….

Kinda has a familiar ring to it? Mostly peaceful protests and all…
The winner of a debate directly correlates to the party of the one judging it

Don't disagree but I'm sure if I scrolled through the tweets, liberals will say Fetterman won or held his own.

From what I’m reading it seems like a lot of people realize they made a huge mistake putting him up there tonight.
Painfully obvious the democrats wish they had a redo. That guy is a disaster on his best day.

People are still actually going to vote for that idiot. Bwahahah!
I'm sure the guy has great ideas and conviction.

But there's a lot of people with great ideas who aren't politicians. Most of them aren't politicians because they lack one of three crucial skills: the ability to persuade voters with their words, the acting skills to deliver a five minute stump speech, and the quick wits to have good zingers in a debate.

Fetterman clearly lacks all three of those crucial skills at this point in his life.
The narrative this morning is "he was brave for debating"..

No matter his team said they'd debate Oz anytime and when Oz started gaining ground they decided to duck the debate, and Oz bullied them into it. Ran ads saying as much.

Oz got dirty but for good reason, but the Dems ain't going down without any shenanigans.
