I thought this addition of KSU "might" shake things up a little in regards to other candidates. Maybe. Maybe not.
The "stirring" in recent articles about Delaware and NDSU shows some small movement.
WHY?
1.) Many see their "peers" JMU, KSU, etc., moving up and some feel-- "IF they can move up we sure can".
Some of these think they are even BETTER candidates.
2.) C-USA is "serious" and only has two spots "left".
3.) CFP monies and access are increasing as fcs weakens due to departures.
It could all be just more "talk" or not.
ALSO-- IMO this recent add to #10 with KSU might spur some NEW or reluctant candidates to began serious consideration about showing real interest. And it might not. Many may want to move up--- but not to the "lowly" C-USA.

Yes a lot of egos and "posturing" nonsense often done by administrators to keep their fans and even more likely--$$ DONORS-- happy.

You are an average looking guy sitting at a bar. An average looking girl comes up and invites you to her place for a night of fun. Do you set your beer down and leave with her or do you decline because you know that really hot chick is about to make the same offer?
