Allen is a clown but for different reason like "If our linebacker had not done an obvious targeting we would have beat UC" NFW
At least Tom Allen hasn't been arrested for domestic assault. He's bothered by a coach that runs out of the tunnel with his players? I guess he wouldn't be a fan of Luke Fickell and many others as well. Who's the real clown here...
I'm not commenting on either guy's character, but the "for the love of god" thing made me smile. Guess I'll be paying attention to IU results after all this weekend

The whole story is comical--an ex-coach at a has-been program like Nebraska going off on the head coach of a B10 also-ran program, Indiana, which hasn't been to the Rose Bowl in 54 years.
Maybe if he was our guy I'd like Tom Allen better, but I doubt it. His mantra, L.E.O., Love Each Other, brings back memories of our own Hold the Rope coach. I know, we have our own acronym now, T.E.A.M. The difference is, it's genuine and with proven results.

IU just might have a problem finding three more wins for bowl eligibility; Maryland and Purdue appear to have a pulse this year and the Hoosiers must play both.
