Democrats have been particularly deceptive when characterizing Sen. Lindsay Graham’s abortion restriction proposal which involves banning the procedure past 15 weeks except in cases of rape, incest, and dangers to the life of the mother. This restriction tailors with what most Americans are in favor of.

Jean-Pierre was characterizing it simply as a “nationwide ban” on abortion in a battle with Fox’s Peter Doocy, without noting the 15 weeks part.

Listen as she continues, saying she refused to “get into the specifics.”

Because if you did get into the specifics, you couldn’t deceive the American public about what the proposal was. If you’re claiming that what Republicans are proposing is too extreme, what are you proposing?

Doocy wouldn’t let her off the hook. He demanded to know what Biden’s proposed restriction would be or if he had no restrictions at all on abortion.

Jean-Pierre kept deflecting, but Doocy wouldn’t let it go.

Then she lied and insisted that she had answered his question when she hadn’t.

Good for Peter Doocy going after her and exposing their lies and refusal to be straight with the American people.

The exchange shows just how extreme Biden and the Democratic position is. Even when you ask, they refuse to put any restrictions at all on it so it effectively means it’s cool up to birth to then. They don’t want to say that because most Americans would be against that. However, if they refuse to give a restriction, then that’s what they are effectively saying — they have no restrictions.

The dyke box-checker (DBC) is just too stupid to address Doocy's perfectly legitimate questions on this issue. Well, truthfully, on almost ALL issues.

She is an absolutely clueless person that is in way, WAY over her head in this arena.

The DBC simply wants to walk through the daily talking points and ignore the media's logical follow up questions. Especially from bulldog Doocy.

BREAKING: Biden's press secretary FAILS to answer question: 'Does President Biden think America's big cities are safe?'

Doocy asked, "Does President Biden think America’s big cities are safe?" to which Jean-Pierre said, "It’s not a yes or no question" and that "crime is complicated and multifaceted."

Doocy continued to note that "the murder rate is still 30 percent above its 2019 level" and noted robberies and other offenses are up as well. He also references some "high profile" examples of violent crime, including the robbery of Congresswoman Karen Bass' home and the mugging of a Washington Commanders football player.

Jean-Pierre answered by saying Biden has tried to secure "historic funding" for law enforcement and referenced the American Rescue Plan, to which Doocy asked again verbatim, "Does President Biden think America’s big cities are safe?"

After Jean-Pierre said it was not a yes or no question she said that what really matters is the funding. "What matters is that we have the funding and we have done the work, put the policy forward to make sure that the cities whether it's big or small, have what they need to protect the community and that's what this President has done," she said.

Democrat-led metropolises have experienced record high crime levels in the past two years, especially following the "defund the police" movement that began in 2020. As a result many have fled these Blue cities and states, leaving their downtowns barren of human activity, and moved to safer, more affordable locations, most of which are in Republican-led areas.

Peter Doocy also asked Jean-Pierre why Jen Psaki would say crime is a huge vulnerability for Democrats to which she said "I don't agree with your characterization of what she actually said."

Psaki said the comments on Sunday's Meet the Press.

Jean-Pierre then answered Doocy by mentioning the Inflation Reduction Act and Big Pharma.

DBC doing her usual horse$h1t job....she is the perfect person to lead these daily press briefings for this BULLS HIT Administration, LOL. An absolutely pathetic joke of an unqualified press secretary.
