Here would be my philosophy on roster/organizational management

1) Have as many pre-arbitration players signed through year 9 of service time
2) No FA gets more than 4 year deals
3) No no-trade clauses
4) Any player in following situation gets traded at Meetings:
a) Player headed to last arbitration meeting
b) Prime veteran headed into walk year (IOW: plans to play more after going to FA
c). Any player about to be non-tendered or into the Rule 5 Draft
d). Any player who has, or is about to: play 2nd season at A-ball, play AA at 22+, Play AAA at 25+, any AAA not on 40 man roster
5) Players WILL get market value on AAV basis
6) Willing to blow past Luxury Tax

About how many players am I trading during the off-season?
