Stated reason was the anti-abortion protests. They were banging on the windows, etc. as the legislature was in session. Cops used tear gas on them Friday.

For a country that apparently didn't care about abortion till the religious right hi-jacked it after Roe, there sure were a lot of states that had restrictions on abortion prior to Roe.
