Looking at the initial schedules released (Utah Tech VB, UIW WSOC), teams are playing schedules in those sports not isolated to the divisions we saw last year.
Perhaps the focus on divisional play was to help the schools navigate the rush to scheduling in the quick exit from the Southland with the budget situations being largely locked in?
