Yeah... Cal's Championship Steakhouse, I think. I think it was on the ground floor of a Raddison. I ate there, and ordered a steak shaped like half of a basketball. It was OK, but overpriced.

Yeah, I may be remembering the hotel wrong. It was quite a few years ago. I actually found the menu, and the prices weren't as bad as I remembered. Of course, $30 back then was more like $100 now.

Yeah, it's now an Erling Jensen Small Bites. Pretty damn good food and very nicely appointed.
I think he just donated some items to display and his name.
