By gosh that is two SBC hosts for all practical purposes. We will proudly wear that one.

And we can count it as two since there's not tons of money going to CUSA for your performance. It will be like Coastal's NC year, they can awkwardly congratulate you for doing well on Twitter knowing they will get flamed for doing so.

Kennesaw State won the A-Sun and wasn't in consideration for an at-large, so there's a very real possibility of an all-Georgia regional.

I'd personally rather have teams that have to travel a longer ways.

I think you will almost certainly get an SEC team in there. I'm just not sure who. LSU seems a decent option because I think they'll send Arkansas to Austin or Stillwater.

D1 & Baseball America both have us hosting this East Louisiana Regional. It’s the only grouping on which they agree.

The committee doesn’t care about anything past the top 16. After that, they’re going to send schools, for the most part, to wherever is cheapest. Sending those three to Hattiesburg makes too much financial sense when you’re paying their way.

I disagree: they follow certain rules through out the process, e.g., not sending a school to one that is hosted by a fellow conf mate, etc. Travel costs are certainly also kept in mind.
