Future CUSA Aggies vs former (WAC) conference mate of multiple CUSA teams
Wyoming at Illinois 4 BTN
Vandy at Hawaii 10:30 CBSSN
More former (WAC) conference mates of multiple CUSA teams
UConn at Utah State 4 FS1
Former conference mate of several AAC future conference mates of six current CUSA teams vs Former LaTech conference mate(?)
Nebraska vs Northwestern 12:30 FOX
Former conference mate of several Big 12 future conference mates of former CUSA teams Houston and Central Florida
Duquesne at Florida State 5 ACCN
This one’s a stretch, but bear with me.
Duquesne plays football (since 2006) in the NEC, a league which, from 1981-1989 included Loyola College (Baltimore), which now plays in the Patriot league.
Future Football conference mate (Navy) of six current CUSA teams plays all of its other sports in the Patriot League now, with Loyola.
Also notable that St John’s, currently of the Big East, played its football in the NEC (2000-2003) and is now a conference mate of previously mentioned UConn, one of four teams being “replaced” in the AAC by six current CUSA teams.
Whew.
Florida A&M at UNC 8:15 ACCN
I’m too exhausted, somebody gotta help me with the CUSA connection.
