My issue is Utah Valley has the Utah state outline in their logo. Seems like a copy. Be original.

Well, as we discussed before, Utah Valley use to be Utah Tech back in the 1980s.

Every Texas school seems to have the outline of the state of Texas in their logo...

Every Texas school seems to have the outline of the state of Texas in their logo...

And the great state of Texas is the coolest outline of any state in the union so you can never have too much of a great thing!!!

Besides a couple of media posts, I haven't seen the Utah state outline in their logo. Not in Utah Tech's either.

Checked all the TX college athletics sites. Logos vary some, but the webpage is always shaped like Wyoming.

Look inside the first U in both Utah Tech and Utah Valley and you will see the state outline.
