Midway through 2nd round. Not looking good.
I think the elimination of the golf course has had a bit of an impact from a recruiting standpoint. That was a pleasant thing for a passerby like me to look at, but obviously doesnt look the same now
Down 1 to Rockets through 2 rounds
What a turnaround. Still a lot of work to do but Toledo/EMU gave us a chance.

Our teams have only played at Windmill for years
The Page/Ferrara Golf center next to old Golf course is one of the best in the country and a Great recruiting asset.
Down 1, about 5 holes left

Edit: Really great effort down the stretch. Up 4 just a few total holes left
MAC Champs! Top 4 golfers went 5 under over last 7 holes to turn the tables
Pretty impressive comeback.
Congratulations to the Golden Flashes on a hard-fought victory.

Per Golfstat: Jamie Tofte Nielsen (Toledo), Jack Ebner (Miami), Josh Gilkison (Kent State) in playoff for individual title; Ebner to finish 3rd, Tofte Nielsen and Gilkison to play second playoff hole; Josh Gilkison (Kent State) wins individual title on second playoff hole.

What makes this more impressive is that JG birdied the final 18th hole to go into a three-way tie. And then wins in the playoff.

Clutch work by the crew, congrats Flashes!
12th out of 13 after 1 round.

We were actually dead last after the 1st round.
Please come back Herbie.
Give Jon Mills a chance. This team has been good, though not great and Mills was Herb’s choice to replace him.
Herbie earned his retirement.
We are up to 11th place (out of 13) and I think last place is out of reach.
Unfortunately so is 4th
Well, the last two rounds were pretty darn competitive, so hopefully, the team has something to build off of for next year. Good luck to Josh Gilkison who has represented the team well for the last five years.
Mac Hughes T-1st after the first round of the Memorial. Connors is 2 shots back.
Conners started on fire. Hughes and the other leaders shot 5-under 67. Conners was 5-under after 6 before a couple of bogeys slowed him down.
