This may not seem like a big deal but any time a Republican wins a New York election in a county that’s registered 3-1 Democrat, it’s a surprise.

I read that the district (Long Island, heavily Jewish) went for Trump over Biden by about 52-47. And the now the GOP candidate won, 66-34. Fewer than 8,000 people voted.
