It's the same thing that happened with toilet paper in the USA in 2020. People panic & start hoarding, buying up all available goods.
A shortage of cheese or wine or sugar makes sense. Russia imports those things.
But a shortage of pasta? Pasta is made from wheat. Russia is the largest wheat exporter in the world.
And increased prices on milk don't make sense either. Milk is always a local product because it expires quickly, and milk prices typically move hand-in-hand with grain prices. Grain prices are plummeting now in Russia because they Russia lost their export markets for grain.
