As we have seen in football, a coaches salary inside the MAC doesn't always lead to the promise land. Don't know paying TK more money will do the trick

Your financials say alot about your program including
the ability to attract higher level staff candidates. MAC as a FBS Conference is poor. Seems to be dropping even lower among G5's.
While I agree with you on that point, still Candle's salary hasn't pay off to being close to dominating the MAC in football.
Akron and Kent have crappy arenas, but it hasn't hurt their recruiting.
