Cuonzo Martin out at Missouri. I believe Mann was his top assistant. If Saddi can't be coaxed, Mann should be a serious contender.

Every team ( including WMU) when Corn was assistant has gone to NCAA except one year at Oakland who made NIT 2nd round.

So we'll take a P5 assistant if they have a connection to WMU? Otherwise, no?

Mann’s connections go far beyond just WMU. Went to Akron, coached at multiple stops within Michigan in addition to WMU (CMU, Oakland). Detroit native with strong recruiting ties throughout the Midwest including Detroit. No head coaching experience that I know of but his resume is damn good.

I am still not convinced Montgomery will allow spending enough to get a P5 assistant.
