UAB is favored by 6.5 this afternoon against MTSU.

UAB beat Middle Tennessee 97-75 back on February 5th. Jelly set a school record with 42 points. Q had 14. Josh Jefferson had 19 points to lead the Blue Raiders. MTSU hit 15 threes. Jefferson hasn’t played in the last three games.
MTSU’s last two regular season games were on the road. They were 13-3 going into those games. They lost by four at Charlotte, 60-56, and at ODU, 68-64, to finish at 13-5 in conference games. Jefferson didn’t play in either game.

In regards to Jefferson, last night when we recorded still didn’t know for sure if he was going to be out again for today’s game or not. Has anything come out since last night?

I think it was more that they really played good defense on him in the second half. Many of his shots were highly contested, poor shots. At least I hope that's it and that he's not tired already..

That would be a good thing. I just wish I didn't have to Avery Johnson's annoying voice with mispronunciation of words every other second.
UNT playing lock down D on Tech early. Man, UNT is a well coached, disciplined team.

UNT is so well coached. They are a finely tuned, cohesive unit. You don't see the hiccups and self-inflicted dumb mistakes from them like you see so often from UAB. You know what you're getting from them every game. UAB could lose to Marshall or beat a top 25 team, you never know.
Wow. Tech is now on a 13-0 run and have taken the lead 15-10 with about 5 min to go in the half. No scoring records will be broken today.
