anything transfer portal related
Memphis should create some interesting stories. Penny is concentrating on the transfer portal this year, and we could lose a few (Duren, Bates, Williams), or everybody except the Memphis posse.
I'm expecting quite a few to transfer from Wichita.

Any forwards 03-idea
and so it BEGINS!!!!

Ive said it before, any of these teams picks an all-conference center in the portal they could be tourney teams next year: Tulane, Wichita, temple, cincy, smu (*assuming Davis is back), ucf...and the case can even be made for ECU

and is probably Houston's missing piece for a title run.

(*assuming no unexpected transfers)

but some portal names are already getting filled

Hoping to see USF get and lose some to the Portal.
6'8 bigg from shrevort louisana.. 15pts 10rbs and Southland all-defende as a covid freshmen

put up huge numbers versus powerhouse P5 and top aac teams (as buy games on northwestern)

could be a really nice pick for an aac team, specifically Tulane since he's from the area
first aac player is in

SMU and Cincinnati also reached out

he is playing in the NIT today vs VCU
Tai Strickland transferring from Temple. Could be 4 more.
Mason Madsen enters the portal.

I’m thinking two more. McGinnis, one of either Saunders or MAW. Potentially one more either Vik or Hensley.

I'm almost certain McGinnis will leave. I think the bigs will stay. I think it's possible one of maw/Saunders will transfer or ddj won't return.

i really don't think this is a big loss - i saw a tweet last week (0r so) of him at a UC baseball game - he was wearing a Utah hat - i kinda took that as a hint

i know saunders is fast, but it seems like it was pretty rare that he went 94 feet and beat the defense, and actually made a layup - or, even in the half court, beat his man, and made a layup - and, on defense, it seems like, with his size, he gets abused a lot - wouldn't really miss him either
i dont get the transfer rules, it was explicitly said that its a 1 time transfer rule, grad transfers are no longer a thing.. last year was supposed to be the exception becuase many had already been in the portal before the rule change

ive seen aton of double transfers claiming grad transfer

Curtis Haywood for Tulsa just enter the transfer portal as a grad transfer.. who ia 5th year senior who already used his sitout year in 1st transfer, transferring for his 6th year,, he isnt eligible if he sits out
Wes Millers Thoughts on pushing players out

loves every player, wants them all back as people... will not push anyone out, will be honest to certain players that itll be a tougher road to minutes .. but its on them to decide.. if they are willing to accept that theyll be back..some will leave

-----------------------------

not a ton of star power in the portal yet .. the top 5 IMO are

- Jaelin Llewellyn, Princeton - former top 100 4* , 2x all-ivy, 6'2 16per 39% from3

- Kendal Coleman, Northwestern State - 15pts 10rbs as a covid freshman- all defense

- Taylor Funk, St. Joe's - 6'8 sharp shooter -38% on 7att a game

- Jaylan Gainey, Brown --6'9 ivy league DPOY.. 2blks per

- Cam Hayes, NC State - former top 70 4* PG ..backup PG at nc state, 3 yrs eligibility

i am shocked. there's something that you admit that you don't understand?
