Wow, you're a "glass-half-full" type of optimist. All press is not good press, especially if you lose in court. Dragging this out in the press is just going to lead to more bridges being burned for programs in C-USA and the Sun Belt. It's really a lose-lose situation for all involved.

Actually hearing that Jax just won their conference in basketball has got me hyped. It could actually be that the only lagging program we will have is FIU and even they have a new coach. There is not a lot of dead weight in this conference. The Belt has a lot of it. And they just got more
One recruits will not care about any suit and bridges get burnt in both directions.
CUSA will be fine after the transition. Not real familiar with FIU but since a current member has to be a neutral in the positive/negative like all current members. Sam football is already on par with at minimum the average CUSA team probably above. Liberty is above average and we will be at average or better soon. Our basketball program has been rising the last few year and we should be an above average add. When the dust settles CUSA will not be considered the bottom conference in football or basketball.
