Some of you may be familiar with Big Game Boomer's rankings and lists. So take it for what it's worth. Don't agree with some current and future SBC schools on here. I can't really deny Coastal's position though. One of the most disappointing sports for us. Far from our pride and joy. Some of the others on here...thoughts?

I don't think GS is "terrible" we have not had a losing season since 15-16. Are we good? No, but not terrible. Maybe our new arena will get us closer to being a decent mid major.
If anything GS has been terrible at football.

We still are a "football" driven school though. As are all Belt teams.
I don’t see NC State as terrible at basketball. I also don’t consider NC State to be a football school.

They really are. It's all based on his opinion. How can the Cajuns be considered a football school with bad basketball? They've had one of the better programs lately.
I mean, he has NC State on this list. Since 2015, NC State has 18 wins against Top-25 teams, they've been to the NCAA First Round, NCAA Sweet Sixteen, NIT Quarterfinals (twice)... so tell me how the hell they're on this list?

I don't know how you could say we're terrible at basketball but also call us a football school, sadly. You either look at very recent history and call us a golf, tennis, and baseball school or you go back farther and GS is a football school not terrible at basketball.
Saying Marshall and ULL are terrible in basketball is also lunacy.
Cliff Ellis (Coastal coach) is padding his stats. The sooner retires or Is shown the door, the better, in fairness to some of the others, I doubt schools like Clemson and Georgia could care less if they’re competitive in basketball. In fact, before FSU joined the ACC, Clemson prided itself on being the only football school in an otherwise basketball conference.
Why are you folks crying? You could suck at both like we do at the moment. At least you have football. Now I have to go sit in a corner and suck my thumb while rocking back and forth. Maybe baseball will, oh wait, we suck at that too.
I’d trade Louisiana for App and remove Southern and say that’s on par.
That being said, outside of Sun Belt play, most of the Belt basketball is a football school.
