Completely inept since day 1. I don't see how every current president/AD doesn't come out with a vote of no confidence.
Let's hope so. New leadership is a must at this point.
AND... How do you know this?

Shouldn't thread title be "Judy should have been canned LAST July" ?

Gosh, I hope not. I'm looking forward to watching her leadership from afar.
Was really hoping this had a reliable source and not simply someone's opinion.

Judy and her Barbie Jeep should have been sent packing many years ago. We likely aren't where we are currently if something with actual leadership capabilities was in the big chair.

Yeah, kinda clickbait
If the others had canned Judy a year or so ago when So Miss/Marshall tried to can her then we wouldn't be in this mess. They made their beds and now they can lay in it.
I don’t want to cast stones on the way out the door so don’t take this wrong. A leaders most fundamental job is to establish a vision and then inspire others to buy in and work towards achieving it. Then that leader establishes milestones and metrics in order to measure success or failure to know where to apply more effort/resources. The art of getting it done is leadership. I have always had the impression that the central office was about administration but not about leadership. As a result there hasn’t been a shared vision of growth, increased relevance, improved competition, more exposure, attendance, better media contracts, etc. The lack of that vision leads to stagnation and being surpassed by others competing for the same things. I don’t blame Judy for the media contract and problems she inherited but she is accountable for not improving things.

That being said, I hope for the conference someone steps up with a vision and a plan who is able to build the consensus to achieve it. I wish every all the best.

Judy and the Jeep is going to be a Harvard Business School case study someday. Filed under: How To Destroy Your Credibility Without Saying a Word.

Who's gonna can her? The current CUSA school presidents haven't had the balls to do it.
Won't happen, UTEP, LA Tech, WKU, MTSU and FIU defended JeepJudy with the other Texas schools and Charlotte when Marshall, ODU, Southern Miss and UAB wanted her gone. She is CUSAs herpe, she will stick around even when no longer wanted.
6/30 can't come soon enough.
You just can't make this up lol

"Conference USA statement on early departures of Marshall, ODU & USM. By-laws require 14 months notice to leave, but there is no financial penalty in by-laws for not providing required notice"

CUSA members were really represented through the years by some "great" leaders. Starting to sound like every President and AD of present member school should fall on the sword.

But 9 of the 14 used C-USA to get to a better end.

Our schools tried.

It's almost crazy how alike and kindred our universities are. Glad we're replanting together.
...noticed you didn't specify a year... 03-phew

The enhanced Sunbelt map is most impressive and deserves a victory lap. Clearly, Sunbelt leadership are strategic-minded with a long-term vision. Fortune favors the brave.

A voting coalition between tech and the tejas schools formed.
The tejas schools without utep jumped at the first chance leaving tech. Yet we have been the bastards in all this.
