GS is going through some restructuring of its donation policies with a bit of grumbling from some. Mainly folks that have not seen a major price increase in years and or were skirting the system by having one person meet the minimum donation and getting season tickets for friends. We are going to a per-seat model now. I never complained about anything in this regard because either I can afford it or not and if it's best for the program then so be it. I would be interested to see what the cost is between schools for a similar package.

So how much would two season tickets between the 40's on the home side cost with a parking spot at the stadium cost in total with the min donation, lot and ticket cost? What is the cost per game assuming 6 home games?

I'm curious to see if the move gets more people buying chairback. I'd say it seems like we have too big a jump from priority to chairback at least for while we were FCS. Priority gets packed and club seems very popular, but I always noticed lots of empty chairbacks.
Interesting that Southern is going to a per-seat donation model because App announced the same thing today. Our parking donation prices also increased.

Very similar prices my tickets are about $220 with PSD and they are on the 20 yard line

Tickets on the 50 require a $400 donation per seat and the tickets are $250 with that price being locked in for three years.
Man if people want to complain about our cost for parking, they need to look at App's.

Jesus.

It’s not a cost to park. That amount is the minimum donation to get into that lot.

Oh I know. Our highest minimum donation to park right beside the stadium is 2k....so you're dwarfing anything we pay automatically.

Yet folks are whining.

yeah, when space is so limited they get to jack the prices up. With UNC coming to town this year, i hope they do very well.

So I am curious, what do you get for $1600 per seat in the Club Level? What amenities come with it?
Our parking is based on your ODAF gift. It also covers other stuff like access to the beer garden at The Steve for football, Big Blue Room at The Ted for basketball, and basketball parking depending on the size of your gift.

When we moved into The Steve they went to seat fees for most of the seats. Pricing for next year is not out yet since we have no idea what conference we are going to be in but here is the 2021 seating chart:

Our premium seats at the 50 on the home side were $2,750 for a pair of seats. It included all-inclusive food and drinks in the Priority Automotive Club right behind the seats.

The club area has bar service, tables/chairs, carving stations, and food all game long. Here is last season's menu.

Not worth it to me personally. We would sometimes buy club tickets in the playoffs if the weather was going to be super cold or raining though. We sit in the chairback section.
This is what the tax deductable donation will get you:

So the food was part of the ticket? Nice.

All you can eat/stuff down the throat and I do believe many people in the club are trying to see just how much they can eat, starve themselves all Friday.

The food is really good
OK, I am talking about myself, I stuff my face when I am lucky enough to have a club ticket given to me
That is interesting to have food included. Maybe we at GS should do that to lessen some of the whining.

the drawback is, everyone is in the Club stuffing their face, so the seats are always 80% empty.

When GS started w/ beer at the baseball stadium, it was only available for consumption in a suite and not seats. The AD at the time bemoaned the fact that no one was in their seats.

If you pony up, you can now have your beer at the seats now. Common sense prevailed 03-wink
