Accidental email sent out by Oakland University that similarly Central Michigan University sent stating students were awarded tuition scholarships of substantial amounts.
Based on human error that was a mistake and they would not receive the money and still have to pay up.
The eventual ncost of tuition may be erased as a part of student loan forgiveness.
