With Veatch in hiding somewhere never to be heard from the future is really bright. I thought RC was bad but at least the man was out in the public trying to promote the school as bas as he was. Bowen did some good things and was here for the football turnaround but so far Veatch leaves me very pessimistic about our future. Couldn't be a more critical time to have our top three positions in over their heads.

He doesn't sound RC stupid when he speaks, but he hasn't had anything even remotely interesting or insightful to say the entire time he has been here. Unless fundraising has secretly been awesome, he is useless.

Sad to think about the long term any more. I think our programs are basically done once this conference unwind happens. We are Depaul, St. Johns, UNLV in basketball now and Football will never compete with NIL in place.

Thank you for the civil response ---but I don't believe that something that is FIXED/FAKE/RIGGED is considered a sport -----but I am glad you and others enjoy it ---I just don't .

Odds are favorable that the team will relocate to Seattle before the end of this decade.
