IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference men’s basketball game between Tulsa and UCF scheduled for Saturday, January 8 in Orlando, Fla., has been postponed due to health and safety protocols within the Tulsa program.
I suppose that depends on our school's exact "health and safety protocols". If Tulsa is out because one player tested positive and was in contact with the rest of the team, what does that mean for us? Our players likely came in contact with him, unless he was a bench warmer.

Our vaccinated players should be fine to play assuming they don't have symptoms, but I would suspect the unvaccinated ones are going to need a negative COVID test to be able to play.

Ok cool!!
I'm going to say that it is definitely in jeopardy. Sometimes it takes a few hours but normally when this happens, cancellations follow. I hope it doesn't turn out that way.

10 days isolation for non vaxxed players and contact tracing.

We don't know if they came in contact with someone else or actually had virus.

We also don't know that they are unvaxed. I mean, it seems Williams is. But I have seen no indications either way on Duren.

True...But it there was contact within the team...

The vaxed players would have a shorter timeline to come back.

So it is either they had COVID or they are unvaxxed. No way to know for sure.

These protocols are ridiculous for this age group, the common flu is more dangerous.

Walking in Memphis is more dangerous.
Singing 'Walking in Memphis' can be more dangerous, especially if you sing like me.
