After his 10 day stint with Toronto Rayjon is now with Denver. He’s played in the first two games, 22 minutes in one so he’s getting a better shot than he did in Toronto. Maybe this is the right fit

Thanks for the info on Rayjon as I lost track of where he was. I know he had a 10 day with the Timberwolves. Did he also go to Toronto?

I did notice he only played 4 minutes in each of his last 2 games with the Nuggets. Not great, but don't believe he even saw the court with the Timberwolves.
Just got me thinking about how many times I've heard that a player who was redshirting or injured was a "stud" or the "best player on the team". First time I saw Rayjon, on the court, it was obvious he was the best athlete out there. Not so much with some of the others I've been told about. Heard the same about DeSean Evans- never saw him enough to assess how good he was. On the other hand, although I loved him, I never thought Derek Fisher was an NBA player. Boy was I wrong. You often can't see heart, dedication, and work ethic.
MJS, I got Timberwolves and Raptors confused so yes he went from the Timberwolves to his current 10 day contract
Looks like he is no longer on the Nuggets roster. I wonder what’s next for Rayjon. If he continues to get occasional 10 day contracts he is likely making more money than any of us.
The minimum salary for a 10-day contract for a player with no NBA experience is around $53,000.00
But this is his third year in the NBA and he could be making $99,000.00 for a 10-day contract.

The money goes up per the players experience in the league.

Wow. So he makes more in 10 days than I ever made, in one year, in the 37 years I worked for the State of Arkansas. Still, I'm happy for him. He was here for 2 years (one redshirt season). While we didn't win, he always appeared to play hard, did not hog the ball despite clearly being the best player on the team, and did not get in any trouble that I can recall.
