If not him looks like Silverfield is staying in the Norvell family
I like Tokarz, but would be surprised if he is being considered for the offensive coordinator’s position. I just don’t think he has enough experience.
Brady White. He knows the offense pretty well I'd say.
Just throwing that out there...don't roast me.

I wouldn't be opposed. Why not. ....if RUIN would actually let him call the plays----I bet White wouldn't call for a punt from the opponents 30 yard line

brady white isnt qualified to be anything other than an offensive analyst.

That was Johns calling plays and Brady White would be an awful hire considering he has never held an official position

You are correct sir. He will make an excellent coach if he chooses to go into that field, but he is not qualified to be an OC at this point.

I didn't say it wasn't Johns--and sort of proves my point--all season posters complained about the dumb play calling from the experienced guy--again I bet Brady wouldn't punt from opponents 30 yd line-----and having not held a official position is overemphasized IMO-----plus he has to start somewhere ---it's like the old joke about the guy applying for jobs --mgrs say you don't have the exp----guy says if nobody hires me how can I get the exp -----------Steve Nash never held a official position ?---sometimes exp is overrated-ask Liston----or the other way around-ask Nash

I bet White would kill it as OC

I am not sure about that. Has he defended his dissertation yet? He could be on the faculty, and I also believe he knows more about the offense than most position coaches in the country. He has always been a great student of the game and he has proven leadership ability. Promoting him to OC would be one of the boldest moves in College football history. Comparable to making Knute Rockne head coach at Notre Dame three years after he graduated from Notre Dame. He won six mythical national championships.(every national football championship has been mythical so far including the one they will play this Monday.)
Don't know why Tokarz would come back to Memphis when Coach Norvell promoted him to be the Quarterback coach at Florida State. I doubt he's going to get a pay raise for being an offensive coordinator at Memphis. He might even have to take a decline in pay for that.

Just because he was good at QB when he was here doesn't mean he knows how to call plays, how to make adjustments. Again, he's only qualified to be an offensive analyst today. He has zero coaching experience. Not saying he couldn't ever be a good coordinator. It's just not this season.

Aptitude over experience any day.
Not to mention it's purely speculation that Brady would want to coach
