Woof. Bahr has NFL size. Keep an eye on that name. He's got BIg Ten schools looking at him too.
This is going to be another interesting class.

When you have one of the youngest teams in the country who won their conference title- you don’t have a ton of “needs”.

Like the 2022 class I don’t expect a huge class, I expect this class to be guys who are going to fill the depth chart in 3 years. They have the luxury of growing.
There is a whole new strategy now. With transfer portal, JUCO, and high school players available, you have to recruit short term and long term needs. Stud freshman RB next year. Transfer Linebacker and wide receiver. If someone steps up, then return to freshman.

I wonder if the transfer portal is going to wreck that strategy. How many will be willing to wait 3-4 years to start?

It probably won’t. Not a lot of people knocking down the door for NIU’s 3rd or 4th stringers. This isn’t Alabama.

As we've seen, that doesn't matter, they still enter the portal.
Looks like NIU is having a Junior Day later this month and has extended some invites.

Prichard has real offers. Nice to even get him to visit.

eh. I think ours is a "real" and "serious" offer. Perhaps even more "real" and "serious" than the others.

Put a spin on it.

Utah? They don't even have real beer.
Arizona? They just got Jayden De Laura.
Auburn? New coach, in transition.

None of those places have fried potato salad.
Hammock tweeted that had to limit the number of guys today because it was a large turnout.
