Good to hear. Nice to lock him up now. There is so much movement in this coaching cycle, even high level G5 coordinators are going to be hard to hold on to with all the vacancies across the P5 and G5 schools.

Big money from the Coogs. USA Today has their coaching salary database behind a paywall now, but as far as I can tell, Belk is the first "G5" assistant to be paid $1MM/year.

Randy Shannon technically was being paid $1MM/year for the 3 years we had him. UF paid for the bulk of the first 2, but I believe we paid him $1MM last year for mediocre results.
