KT is hoping to go near the top of the draft, has already had a minor injury this season, and his head coach just jumped ship. This is the least surprising bowl opt-out you could imagine.
absolutely zero reason for him to play. This is the right choice
I think I will pass on Oregon's bowl game this year. Will concentrate more on hoops.

I doubt Cristobal leaving was a factor in this decision. He did what he had to do. Anything else would have been incredibly foolish.

Yeah- really for any non NY6 bowl game, it's almost irresponsible to play if you are a projected 1st round pick.

There are only 32 first round picks, but probably twice that number who believe they will be first round picks. And until all the NY6 games are part of a playoff, only the Final Four are likely to be immune from this trend.
