Is cincy gonna sneak into the playoffs?
I think Michigan’s win will ultimately knock Cincy out of the playoffs if the Wolverines win the B1G championship next week. If that happens, I would expect the committee to go with Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and either Alabama or Oklahoma St (assuming Okie State beats Oklahoma tonight). Still a lot that can happen, and most of the results don’t favor the Bearcats.

could very well happen if Georgia also beats Bama.
Would be very hard for the playoff committee at that point to not include the other only undefeated team in college football other than Georgia.

I think notre dame would get in over a 2 loss ohio state

I could definitely see that. Although, I’m not sure the committee wants to deal with the head-to-head Cincy over Notre Dame noise that would certainly dominate the media should they put ND in over the Bearcats.
My thought was it didnt matter with this game because the winner would get the nod if they win in the conference championship.

Does Oklahoma State play Oklahoma or Baylor in a big 12 championship if they beat Oklahoma? If so, I could easily see them getting bumped over Cincy. Would be ridiculous to bump Notre Dame over them given the head to head meeting.
Rankings came out - very interesting
GA, Michigan, cincy, Alabama, okie state…

If Bama and Okie St win you will see four 1 loss teams in playoffs and the only undefeated team left out.

what matters is that Bama has to meet Georgia in the SEC title game. a 1 loss Bama would have been able to be in the playoff picture perhaps if they lost to Georgias...but I don't think Bama with 2 losses stays in.
As it is...Okie State and Michigan both have to win their respective conferences, because Georgia and Cinci will.
I predict Ga beats Bama to open the door for Cincy. Then 5 minutes later, Houston upsets Cincy to close the door.
CFP
1 - Georgia
2 - Michigan
3 - Okie St
4 - Notre Dame (without their coach)
Are you guys really interested in the NIT exhibition. The only exhibition game I am interested in is the Hawii Bowl.
