Anybody else noticing how the MSM keeps referring to the Waukesha parade murders as a 'car crash?' The Babylon Bee has noticed.

Quote:HONOLULU, HI—CNN and other mainstream news outlets are reporting on a "tragic, completely accidental" boating accident at Pearl Harbor. As details still come in, CNN is urging people to not rush to judgment or assign blame until the story goes away in a few days.

"Such a tragic and completely accidental boating accident," said one news anchor. "The thing that's so sad about it is the tragic, totally random accidentalness of it. Our hearts are with the victims and whatever. Anyway, in other news..."

The WashPo story I read was as poor a piece of journalism as ever written. They treated it like the SUV itself was to blame.
They are lockstep shills of the global “elites” (I use that term loosely) that run cover for leftists intent on tearing down America from within.

That’s what they are. A propaganda machine, plain and simple.
Today’s journalists generally are weaklings. They know the difference between truth and narrative, but (with precious few exceptions) will opt for the narrative.

It is just so much easier to hang parrot what all the cool kids are saying than to hew to actual truth.
If it had been a white person driving the red SUV with a history of bail jumping and arrests and the murdered victims were all black people including an 8 year old, the tone of the story would be VERY much different.

The MSM is a huge part of the problem in the search for honest reporting of the facts.

The MSM probably thinks the white people "who died" in that Christmas parade massacre deserved it.
The idea of everyone driving an electric car is pie in the sky BS. Electric car batteries are made from rare earth metals. China has 80 to 85% of the rare earth metals at 144MT. In comparison the United States has 1.5MT.

In short there are not enough rare earth metals to produce enough electric cars for everyone.

Forcing everyone to an “electric car” is in short forcing everyone to public transportation.

The only citizens who will still have their own cars will be the ruling class of government officials. The rest of us will be taking the bus, riding a bike or hoofing it.

Who really knows? One thing is for certain and that is forcing the evolution of electric cars onto people before the industry is ready will cause a major catastrophe.

Spot on...

It is unfortunate really in the bigger picture. While many former posters here would disagree vehemently with this statement, Trump actually did a lot of good things while president. Again, putting his persona aside he was country over team and he was not afraid to call BS when it needed to be called. He put China in its place, he had control of our borders, POC had an improved standard of living as did pretty much anyone who wanted to work.

How many times in the national media over his 4 years was he given ANY praise for ANYTHING?

You would have thought that the United States was a 5th world country on the brink of bankruptcy and takeover by foreigners. Now we actually are facing world wide exposure and potential bankruptcy and the media treats this administration with Kid Gloves at every turn.

The media has made it hard to trust the media - not Trump. The media has undermined trust in the media - not Trump.

On that fateful November 9th 2016 evening - the media spent the entirety of its airtime hours on people sad that Hillary lost than celebrating the election of a new president. If that alone doesn't send up red flags nothing does.....

Trust in “Media”… lol

Someone, anyone, point me to the ONE major media “story” (yes, they are mostly stories these days) that our legacy or cable Mcnews channels have gotten right in the last 5 years.

Was it Russia? Jussie? The Rona? Crackhead bob? Americas Governor? This budget fiasco? Etc etc etc?
