The lady Trojans play the Auburn Tigers at home today!

I’m interested in how we play because Auburn lost to Georgia Southern in their first game. Not to mention our ladies have been winning lately with the only loss (a competitive game) being to Mo. St (ranked 2nd in the mid-major poll). Let’s go Trojans!!!
Another big game for our girls. Still not sure what my expectations for our men are at the moment. I do expect our women to be in the battle for the league championship. Obviously, the league administrators don't care, but I don't think running off the best women's basketball program, in the Sun Belt, is not a great look.
Very interested in seeing what Sali can do today. She has been bouncing between No. 3 and No. 4 in the nation in scoring. Today she is No. 4. She had 32 against a very good Memphis team and it seems she was double teamed most of the game. She shot 14 FTs in that game. Only two other Trojans went to the line that night.

She really looks like she will be a great player for us. There is much less available about women's recruiting. I always wonder if Joe is able to get players, that bigger schools want, because of his long record of success and connections in the basketball world. Don't know who else offered Sali, but I do know she looks like a "steal" at this point in time.
The Sun Belt is a good women's basketball league. With or without us so I do not thimk they will lose any sleep over losing us especially since they are picking up ODU, another good women's basketball program. And, its womens basketball in a football conference.
Well we beat Auburn 57-49! We took the lead and didn't lose it.

Now we're 2-0 against the SEC this season with 3 more sec matchups left to go @A&M, @ Arkansas, and Vs. Bama.
