These are the times that try men's souls.

Thomas Paine was talking about the summer soldier but in a way, he could be talking about football teams who go through trying seasons filled with disappointment.

Do the Tigers shrink from service or do they stand strong and be accountable. I believe they stay strong as there is little evidence of quitting in the team so far.

In many ways, you are looking at two mirror images as Tigers and Tulane had a lot of the similar issues this year. A major issue both had has been holding onto the ball. Tulane actually has more turnovers.

You'll have Freshman QB vs Freshman QB. The Tigers clearly have the better Freshman QB.

But Tulane has been able to do something the Tigers have not. Consistently put pressure on the other QB.

Tigers must find a way to protect Henigan while trying to put pressure on the Tulane QB.

Tulane played as close to a perfect game as they have the entire year last week in blowing out USF. With 4 TDs in the first quarter.

They gave Oklahoma fits for most of the game also.

Tigers can win this game if they come ready to play and don't make stupid mistakes. But things are too close in this one to allow any mistakes.

Tigers MUST have better pine play than what they have seen recently.

Austin's condition is going to be key also. If he is unable to make cuts then his effectiveness will be limited.

Sadly our stats are pretty even with a 2-p football team.
2-9

If Seth has any kind of protection at all, he could set a single-game passing record against these guys.
