Overtime. JMU had a chance to close it out with FTs. They missed 2 with 8 seconds left and JMU tied it on the other end, of course.

Fully expect JMU to crush W&M in OT.

Going into OT with all the momentum with the Dukes

Tribe looked good out there. JMU was all over them and it seems you never get the whistle when your protecting a lead. Give the Dukes credit but I was impressed with the Tribe too. If they make at least 1 free throw, they win. If you always play tight games, you come out on the short end sometimes.

Thinking back, it was amazing that they even tied the game via a tip in over 2 guys.

With JMU out of the tournament that is the one school we should be rooting for as being behind them in the standings won't matter for tournament seeding

I came here after reading the W&M thread on our game and reading 82’s posts. I figured there would be some more discussion on your board, and it didn’t disappoint. We played poorly, were missing some key pieces due to COVID/injury, but were able to eek out a win. We’re definitely struggling to get back to the pre-COVID break team.

Good luck for the rest of the season. I hope ya’ll win the CAA tournament and go dancing this year.

Who were y’all missing yesterday 2004? I think y’all are very tough to deal with already!

We were missing Sule (center)and Ihenacho (g). Ihenacho has been hurt most of the season, but is arguably one of our best players when healthy. Sule gets about the same minutes as Amadi and has been productive as well.

Except for the W&M game, evey home team has a losing or even record and every away team has a winning or even record. Pretty much the top half of the conference at the bottom half. We'll either get some separation today or the conference will even out.

Here are my predictions for Monday

Drexel(2-1) at Hofstra(2-2) Hofstra
UNCW(2-0) at Cofc(1-1) UNCW
Towson(3-1) at W&M(2-1) W&M
JMU(2-1) at Elon(1-3) Elon
Delaware(2-2) at NU(0-5) Delaware

I agree with that these picks would be good against the spread except maybe Drexel. Hofstra will likely win the game, Elon and UNCW have a chance but it won’t be easy or likely.

I don't think there are going to be any "easy" wins in the CAA this year. There are no great teams and no awful teams. Not sure what is going on with Northeastern, but they are the closest to a bad team in the CAA this year.

Guard play is killing them right now.

Elon up 15 on jmu at the half.
