Let’s Meep the Meep out of the Meepers

For UTSA it’s been a Super Bowl type week. They’ve put a ton of pressure on themselves to win today. I get a sense that they’re going to come in too amped up. It’ll be interesting to see how much energy they exert at the beginning of the game. Will they be gassed in the second half? Who knows. Based on what I’ve seen and read this week, I like our mindset going into today. It’s going to be a great atmosphere. Let’s send their fans home sad! GO BLAZERS!!!!

Huge game! The level of importance just keeps ramping up from La Tech to Marshall, and now UTSA. Great opportunity. I hope we play well.

... but I DID get reminded that the Spurs' mascot IS a Coyote... which kinda makes me wonder if that had anything to do with UTSA picking the Road Runner as THEIR mascot, which was done back before they had football - if so, that's a pretty cool story...
