"...What was true of Comey was also true of the entire intelligence apparat, from former CIA Director John Brennan to Adam Schiff and other Democratic members of the House Intelligence Committee to senior members of the FBI. All these people said publicly that they had seen clear evidence of collusion with Russia. But they admitted under oath behind closed doors that they hadn’t.

General Mike Flynn had his career ruined and was bankrupted as part of a political vendetta. Meanwhile James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, John Brennan, Peter Strzok, and all the rest of the crew at the FBI, the CIA, and other intel agencies suffered nothing. When it came to light that an FBI lawyer altered an email in order to help get a FISA warrant—in other words, that he doctored evidence to spy on a political opponent, which is a felony—he got probation. Andrew McCabe, meanwhile, a former FBI deputy director, just got his pension restored notwithstanding the fact that an Inspector General’s report concluded that he lied multiple times under oath.

The recent news that Special Counsel John Durham has indicted Michael Sussman, a lawyer who covertly worked for the Clinton campaign and lied to the FBI, is welcome news. Granted, it is too early to say where Durham’s investigation will ultimately go, but Sussman’s indictment seems like small beer given the rampant higher-level corruption that saturated the Russia Collusion hoax....

The liberal commentator Glenn Greenwald further diminished the “armed insurrection” meme in an important column last February titled “The False and Exaggerated Claims Still Being Spread About the Capitol Riot.” The title says it all. Kevin Greeson, Greenwald notes, was killed not by the protesters but died of a heart attack outside the Capitol. Benjamin Philips, the founder of a pro-Trump website called Trumparoo, died of a stroke that day. Rosanne Boyland, another Trump supporter, was reported by The New York Times to have been inadvertently “killed in a crush of fellow rioters during their attempt to fight through a police line.” But later video shows that, far from that, the police pushed protesters on top of Boyland and would not allow fellow protesters to pull her out...."
I'm always unpleasantly surprised that substantive threads are ignored for discussion mostly because they don't lend themselves to insults, but do require thoughtful discussion, if not alarming reflection. Thanks for posting!
Because all the irrational people stopped positing . We all agree with the statements made.

71% against makes their POTUS damned hard to defend. It's called an attempt to salvage credibility amid admissions that the virus likely originated from Wuhan and that it was man made, and after hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were deemed effective against severe symptoms of COVID, and after Fauci's connection financially to Wuhan was established, and now that the staging of the "so called" assault on the Capitol is being proven with FBI and likely Capitol Police involvement, and along with FBI manipulation of the Russia Hoax, all they have left to cling to is the continued destroying of evidence of a coordinated vote tampering in 5 key states, and of course their Soros PAC purchased Dominion machines.

They might have found it worthwhile to hang around but Joe is indefensible in his incompetency and the Manchin Sinema hang up of the payday for militant minions imported for their socialist revolution has made their high profile of leftist support untenable and risky.

When Americans wake up the left is going to have to offer scapegoats. The overreach in Virginia's public school indoctrination and looney rules have Dem leaning soccer moms pissed and parents looking for tar and pitchforks.

Laying low and pretending none of this was a coordinated conspiracy to steal our way of life is now their only survival plan. So sad that all that film used to torture citizens attending the Capitol march can also be used against them. Everyone on the right should record as much of it as possible because you bet your ass traitors within the intelligence community will lose it.

I'd take heart except for the insane theft of military technology China has pulled off since Clinton/Gore and at the behest of their and Obama's and Biden's sugar daddy Soros.

You said quite a bit there boss.... in short, all of that is hard to disagree with or refute.

What will be interesting to see unfold now how all of this is handled by these people. The victory laps were an insult to everyone's intelligence (who had intelligence). "Get rid of Trump at all costs" may literally end up being at all costs.

Classic case of be careful what you wish for.... you may get it.
And there are at least a couple of FBI agents/informants who need to be thrown in jail for leading the riot.

Republicans probably don't want to talk about it, but they need someone to get the FBI's participation front and center.
My biggest fear is that too many Republicans are part of it. They tacitly go along with it by not really going after what was a damned coup. Far too many are sitting on their hands.

The government bureaucracy needs a big cleansing…….but I don’t know if we are too far gone to get it done.

Yes, but not Republicans, rather all of those who have taken an oath to defend the "Constitution" from all enemies foreign and domestic.

I want you to note the oath purposely did not say "government" because the founding fathers knew all to well how government could become corrupted and law used against the innocent.

Everyone in the military and law enforcement community has sworn that oath. It's past time for those who have sworn it to hold their politically controlled leaders accountable to it.

Washington was corrupted the second PAC money from corporate interests, and lobbying money from the same out distanced funding from "We the People".

Yes we have major foreign enemies. But their back door into our lives exist in the term "multi-national" when associated with the term "corporate" when the corporation is U.S. based. That's how foreign money flows into the U.S. to steal the allegiance of House and Senate members who are also sworn to defend the "Constitution" and their avarice is why they ignore the "Constitution".

They have damaged our military, first by deliberately using our personnel to defend corporate assets abroad, and then by using Congress to appoint admirals and generals who had demonstrated corporate compliance or accepted corporate favors while purchasing and/or recommending purchases of military equipment and weapons systems.

Congress appoints heads of the FBI and CIA and NSA and other such intelligence entities which have arisen.

What we face now is the economic hijacking of our government to enrich corporations. They use our sons and daughters to defend their foreign investments, and to stick the taxpayer with their damn bill while they profit not only from what they sell us, but from what we provide to them, service which should only be used to protect the citizens.

I give you the FCC for an example of the depth of depravity of corporate influence. Long before it was used to grant near monopolies in the communication field it protected the citizens from scams delivered through commercial advertising and over the phone. It now permits phone banks in Mumbai to scam the hell out of us almost 24/7. Why? A subsidiary in India under a different name is owned by a multi-national based in the U.S. So their PAC money allows their overseas subsidiaries to operate nefariously against you. This is an example of a domestic enemy and how they usurp your rights and protection.

So why China? Multi-nationals don't care who profits them, or who they help. Their goal is cash. Corporations (thanks to H.W's and W. Bush's SCOTUS) and NAFTA and any other treaty, now have the same rights as individual citizens. And in the case of NAFTA limited liability if they harm you. The average American doesn't realize what a quantum leap this was in appropriating our government. But the first use of their new right was in the area of imminent domain. Let that sink in. Privately owned properties were acquired so that sales tax money generated by a shopping district could be used as a claim for the public good and whole neighborhoods were seized, the owners given current residential values for homes which they could not afford to replace in their retirement, and the corporate entity building the shopping area given the land in the name of imminent domain. This happened in Massachusetts in the 90's and California shortly thereafter where land was seized for a public school and the city then sold it at commercial value to corporate developers.

In the first Gulf War cruise missiles were used and combat troops fought building to building in Baghdad because corporate properties of U.S. based multi-nationals were not to be targeted. A general bombing would have brought about the surrender of Baghdad and fighting in an urban environment wouldn't have taken as many of our lives had the enemy not known to hide in U.S. corporate facilities and the bombs would have cost less than the missiles we all paid for.

So my point is this. If you want government to represent you these issues need to be addressed:
1. End corporations having the rights of citizens.
: They would not locate overseas if our military wouldn't protect them.
: They would not legally be able to donate to campaigns as citizens can.
: PAC money could end. And you would again have the attention of your House and Senate members.

2. End Congressional and Presidential nominations and approvals of Intelligence directors, admirals and generals. Rather, let them select from a slate of recommendations arising from the rank and file members of those groups.

3. Hold all who take the oath to defend the Constitution accountable unto death.

If we don't a time will arise, and I believe it already is, where multi-nationals will simply switch allegiance to another power and destroy the one they abandon.
