My only insider info is coming from the SEC headquarters I was wondering if y'all had heard that as well?
You're going to enrage Panama and Ben Moore with that trolling 05-stirthepot
No trolling I actually heard they were interested due to Atlanta market.
AAC going to 15? Here for it.
Someone just dreamed up another useless rumor. Boring Tuesdays.

No I have heard different schools. My buddy at the SEC HQ told me SMU didn't want N Texas. Buy I am sure ESPN is driving this bus now. We will all see when it actually happens.
I don’t see that happening. It goes against everything everyone has said and done up to this point.

ESPN not wanting to move their own properties. Our saying we weren’t interested (code for the AAC wasn’t interested). The six announced AAC targets not including us.

If GSU gets an invite to the AAC, I’d be stunned more than anything that’s occurred since UT and OU started this whole debacle.
SMU to the Belt. Confirmed.

Crap, did Hell freeze over?
Guys hear me out:

Texas to the SBC and they can keep the LHN. Texas vs Texas State would be the best rivalry hands down.
heard nothing from the GSU end about any move. AD Cobb likes the Sun Belt too much.

SBC is stable, so I get it, but it must be weird to be the only "Big City" program in a conference of college towns. The AAC seems a better fit for both sides. But the AAC went hard to Texas to keep the MWC locked out, is what it is.

Always have been, and it's exactly why Georgia State won't go to the AAC...there's nothing for ESPN to gain from it
