Do with it what you want
I'm not buying it. Until proven otherwise can't trust this team.
No different than the last three games

We are better and will win absent making more big mistakes

Gotta cut back on the killer mistakes and get some turnovers. Losing three turnovers, the last kind of a desperation toss but there was still real time left can be overcome. But we have got to get some back. Even or minus one with Tulsa or Temple and we win. Don’t make the two late turnovers with San Antonio we win that too

We’re not used to this, and there are always plenty of factors that lead to losses. But no question the turnovers are making way too much a difference

Nah. There is a lot of damn question. Stupid defense. Desperation offense. No kicker. Poor play calling.

Do you understand anything about football.

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.

Let’s go Brandon!
Think Russel and Owen can defend the option well enough to give the Tigers a legitimate chance. McIntires defenses have worked well against option teams.
Win the turnover battle and it’s ours.
Go Tigers
Is someone really arguing that turnovers don’t matter?

Trying to impress the other rubes?

Need the blocking feature to keep applying when quoted so we can avoid seeing that level of nonsense
At least we know what Navy is going to do....over and over again.

Passing: (last)

Rushing: (19th)

what's the O/U? that might be interesting
Memphis enters the game at 3-3 straight up (L3)
Navy enters the game at 1-4 straight up (L1)

Memphis is 2-4 ATS (2-1 at home) (Haven't covered since Miss St. game) (L3)
Navy is is 3-2 ATS (1-0 on the road) (they have covered in 3 straight, all against AAC opponents in Houston, UCF, and SMU) (W3)

Memphis is 3-3 in O/U (0-3 at home)
Navy is 3-2 in O/U (their last game closed at 57 points, the final was set at 55).

We’ve turned the ball over and we don’t seem to get many takeaways. Not a good combo.

We have recovered 2 fumbles and intercepted 1 pass but have lost 7 fumbles and had 3 interceptions. Close to the bottom in the FCS.

Good point , in reality turnovers are not good , but they are not necessarily a killer if you take the ball away from the other team more — turnover differential is the key indicator of winning or losing—.

If you turn the ball over twice and the other team turns it over 3 times then the turnovers are no big deal— if you turn it over twice and you create Zero turnovers the turnovers are killers

Yeah, it seems to be another indictment of ultra-conservatism. No action in the backfield, and playing everything in front of you to take away big plays.
I am new to betting. I just saw on fan dual that navy is +10.5 and Memphis is -10.5. Does that mean Memphis is a 10.5 favorite?

Yes. It means if you bet on Memphis they must win by 11 points or more to win (if you bet the spread).

You can also bet the moneyline (ML) which means you are straight up picking a winner but the odds will be adjusted based on who is favored (if you bet the favorite you have to put up more $$$ to win less and vice versa)
I wouldn’t even bet with Mimi’s $ on this game
