I think that Hammock is trying to shorten the game and limit GTs possessions. Our D is not as strong as our O.
Still it would be nice to see more balance

Richie was behind the D on that ball to Travis. I think the shots are there because the run game has been so good, but we have to take advantage.

At some point you run to set up the pass. Rudolph and Richie are your best offensive threats. The Oline is giving Lombardi time. Maybe Hammock is waiting for the 4th. Idk

We need to do play action on 1st down of next drive. We only have 155 yards and 3rd qtr is almost over.

GT only has 66 yards passing with 44% completion rate.
Only reason GT is even in this game still is because of the refs.

That and giving the GT receivers a 9 yard cushion on every play. Same **** as last year. Is it the D coaches or a serious lack of talent?
I’m Not complaining about NIU’s penalties, but GT 1 penalty for 5 yards is suspect
