What's the one thing you need in every friend/family group? A Bearcats fan. The next best thing might be an attorney, though, right?
I know we have a few members on this forum that haven't been disbarred yet, and I have a question about a car accident I was in. And, unfortunately, I don't have anyone in my close group of friends/family that can offer advice on my situation.
I think I'm to the point where I have to sue the at-fault party's insurance as nothing is getting resolved after countless emails and phone calls. And if someone is going to make a little money, I guess I'd rather it be someone tangentially related to UC fandom, if possible.
Without going over every detail in this post (although I will if you want the boring drama), someone wrecked their vehicle into mine on 275. They were found at fault. Their insurance company admits this much, and they already reimbursed me for new child car seats. I'm currently hung up discussing the diminished value of my vehicle as well as pain/suffering. Their insurance company requested documents from me; I obliged, and they've now gone completely unresponsive for months now.
Before I reach out to one of the dozens of ambulance chasers that originally contacted me, does anyone have a recommendation on who may want to assist?
