The NFL will play the Black national anthem before all games during the 2021 season, including the Sept. 9 kickoff game and the playoffs, as part of a 10-year, $250 million commitment to fighting racism in America, reports say.

This is NOT "Fully Woke" because the NFL is only adding the Black National Anthem. Where is the Native American National Anthem? The Asian American National Anthem? Then Hispanic National Anthem? Oh, and the White National Anthem? (and no, the Star Spangled Banner is NOT it).
So, the NFL needs to poll those demographic groups, determine their "national anthem" and play ALL of them before each game. Now, THAT = FULLY WOKE. It will take about 18-20 minutes to get all of the songs in before the opening kickoff. But this is NOT about some silly schoolyard game; this is about BEING 100% WOKE.
Fairness dictates that either ALL groups get represented or NONE AT ALL. The NFL needs to FULLY commit to being 100% WOKE by playing ALL national anthems. Don't half step it; stride BOLDLY and commit to full 100% WOKENESS.
Earnest negotiations can yield alternate solutions:
The Black national anthem = the Native American national anthem = the Asian American national anthem = the Hispanic national anthem = the White national anthem = the Star-Spangled Banner.
There is only one national anthem per nation. That's what the word national means. Anything else is divisiveness for the sake of divisiveness.

That particular issue does not appear to have an official answer by the NFL. What is the NFL stance on player(s) kneeling or otherwise protesting "Lift Every Voice and Sing"?
Here is the current policy from the AJC article cited above:
“The league and its 32 teams will not hinder the ability of the league’s 1,700 players to take a knee or otherwise protest on field during the U.S. national anthem. The NFL does have a policy on the books, but no player has ever been disciplined for taking a knee,” Front Office Sports reported.
So, the policy above is only for the U.S. national anthem.
I guess we'll find out should ANY player or players protests or kneels during the black national anthem.

You can post it, or tell me, I won't be watching. Period.
The way I see it, black athletes, making close to a million bucks per year, should either embrace America or leave. I didn't serve my time in the Army so that you could disrespect my country.

Do you really think that there will be that many if any brave players that would do that? I doubt it, there are many White ones that are embracing the Communist blm movement for fear of losing their jobs if they don't.

SMUstang
I tuned out last year and had already decided I won’t be watching this year either. I’ve lost all interest in professional sports.

Highly doubt any would - But Tom Brady would be interesting. Arguably the greatest of all time QB, if he doesn't have the clout to get away with doing it than nobody would. And frankly, I'm not sure that he does - a couple of offensive lineman might let some guys through for some early sacks at the very least.
