I just came back from vacationing in Long Beach Island NJ. For those not familiar with LBI, it is a natural barrier reef, about 20 miles long, along the Atlantic coastline. While riding my bike one morning I saw a large University of Toledo flag outside of one of the beautiful homes on the island. Stopped and spoke to Joe Collins. Joe was a tackle on one of Frank X ‘s teams. 1967. Really nice guy……retired chemist. The 67 team had Roland Moss, another NJ guy on the team. I think their record was 12-1. Always nice to run into UT alumni in unexpected places.

9-1. Knocked off BGSUX 33-0. Great Defense. Like Spring Lake, Point Pleasant for the Boardwalk.
Love it when people honor the swag. Furthest I come across any was another tourist at the Parthenon. I did have a doctor in Africa, looked at the diploma on the wall and it said "Medical College of Ohio." No "former."
I also had a doctor(dermatologist) here in NJ that attended the Medical College of Ohio. Sadly he died flying his plane back to Toledo for an Alumnae event.
