Colton Cowser of Sam Houston is projected to be a top 10, 15 pick depending on what publication you look at. He is listed as a top 5 collegiate prospect heading into the MLB Draft and the thing about him is that many think he will go earlier to give teams a little more space in the $$$ pool since they think they can sign him for under slot value while getting a talented player.
