Sorry but Houston to the mwc is not gonna happen... We like the AAC a lot more.

Houston and SMU have had open invitations for a decade and we politely say thanks but no thanks.
I don't believe UTEP, UTSA, or North Texas would join the MWC. Some UTEP fans might like the idea but their admin. knows where the bread is buttered.

Army and Navy are in the Patriot league for most sports. I don’t want that for football, but it wouldn’t be too bad. On the other hand, being in a conf with AF would be pretty close to the worst thing possible.
Is he saying if Army joined they'd want to be in the AAC west? Sure that I could see.

Army bailed on membership in CUSA, when it was really lousy football team.
I wouldn't hold out much hope on them wanting to join a conference with a lackluster tv deal... and where they'd be spending a buttload of money on travel costs.
