NTR: Not TIGER Related; Not Thread Related; Not Related to ANYTHING

just wanted some Basketball Lovers eyes to see this clip......DISCLAIMER: I watch NOTHING outside of Memphis Tiger Basketball/Football literally no other teams/sports interest me.....when I saw this clip, I was livened with a spirit of excitement that I haven't felt in decades......This game me flashes of watching Penny Hardaway's Orlando Magic team as they often rolled against opponents.....Oh yeah, I definitely watch EVERYTHING Penny rel8ed but that's pretty much the extent of it......
Pretty crazy what a true point guard can do for a team. I don't think we have executed a successful alley oop in like 5 years or at least one that didn't look painful to finish.
I think we used to have a board for NTR stuff.
Are we gawking at the excellent passes or how this highlights how well NBA players finish plays in traffic, on the run, through contact, etc.?

Answer = D All of the above......I am simply amazed at the harmony and synchronization that's on display here....it all comes together with Melo......This team reminds me of how the Orlando Magic team crescendoed when they drafted Penny.......That team became electric and took the league by storm......Just as Charlotte and team that few would dare watch (in comparison to Orlando). Once Penny became the fixture, The Orlando Magic became MUST WATCH Basketball......I CAN"T stop watching it..... 04-bow04-bow04-bow04-bow
Check out Ja Morant's layup. They do a slow replay on it from :46.

That was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....as well as the dribble move to get there......If Melo & Ja are on the court....I'm gonna tune in

You should watch the Grizzlies. 2-3 years from now Ja Morant will be the best NBA point guard. Regardless of how you feel about professional sports, it's rare to watch a player of his caliber.

Ball is on a team with two All-NBA players, Zion and Ingram but the Pellicans are 6 games below .500 and will most likely miss the playoffs.

ahhh.... reality can be a buzz kill sometimes. lol

They need Tyreke
Except that LaMelo plays for Charlotte, a team virtually assured of making the playoffs.

Oh yeah, wrong Ball. Still applicable though. Lamelo averages the same number of assists as his brother.

Lamelo was crucial in the Hornets’ turnaround this season. He’s already better than Lonzo and has a higher ceiling.
Same dad, though. the third one who got popped in China,LiAngelo, plays oversees, I think.

'Ball in the Family'

LaVar Ball founded their basketball clothing and apparel brand ‘Big Baller Brand’ and agreed to star in a Facebook Watch reality show called Ball in the Family.
Lamelo has star potential. He played abroad as well and didn’t go to college.
Lonzo is and will be a rotational player.
Thread title of the year nominee.
