Well, CMU has maybe run out of coaches in that family to hire (she is the ex-wife of CMU's previous assistant. He was reportedly the one to recruit her to come to CMU, although she was also college friends of Guavara.
I would guess she will be making at least double the money at UK, since UK is reportedly paying their new (female) head coach almost $1M/yr less than the previous (male) HC. Goestenkors was reportedly making about $80K at CMU.
